David Haselden

David Haselden, Member of Rosen Hagood, focuses on family law matters as well as personal injury litigation. He began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable James C. Williams, Resident Judge in the First Judicial Court after graduating from the Charleston School of Law in 2007. Following his clerkship, David transitioned to the role of Assistant Public Defender in the Charleston County Public Defender’s Office. In this capacity, he represented numerous defendants in both the Court of General Sessions and the Family Court. He then worked at Rosen Law Firm in the areas of family law and personal injury litigation before joining Rosen Hagood in August 2024.
